How to choose a crystal?
At Lumeching, you can choose crystals based on functional needs, astrological energy, or chakra balance. Each approach is effective, but the most important thing is to trust your intuition and choose the one that resonates with you.
What you must know when buying crystal products
Natural crystals are minerals of the earth and witness its transformations. They possess their unique landforms and colors. Ice cracks, cotton wool, and pits are natural testaments. Such issues are not related to product quality and do not affect the function, beauty, or value of the crystal in any way, as they are inherent to its energy.
How often do crystal products need to be purified?
Crystals are delivered to you already purified and can be worn directly. When you feel the crystal's power diminishes, you should begin purifying. It's recommended to purify at least once a month.
Crystal Purification Method
- Water Purification: Rinse with running water for 3-5 minutes to flush away negative energy.
✘ Not Suitable: Highly absorbent, porous crystals (such as turquoise and lapis lazuli) are susceptible to deterioration due to prolonged contact with water. Some fragile gemstones (such as moonstone and labradorite) may crack due to temperature fluctuations or water impact. - Sunlight Purification: Expose in sunlight for 2-4 hours (avoiding strong midday sunlight to prevent discoloration).
✘ Not Suitable: Light-sensitive crystals (such as amethyst, rose quartz, fluorite, and tourmaline) are susceptible to discoloration due to prolonged exposure to sunlight. Strong sunlight may cause the color of rhodonite and spodumene to fade. - Moonlight Purification: Expose in moonlight overnight (8-12 hours, especially during a full moon).
✔ Suitable for almost all crystals, gentle and non-irritating, especially suitable for those sensitive to light and water. - Smoke Purification: Light sacred herbs like sage and inhale the smoke for 1 minute.
✘ Not suitable for: Highly polished crystals with smooth surfaces (such as clear crystal beads and faceted crystals), as smoke may leave traces. Some crystals that easily absorb odors (such as calcite) require wiping afterward. - Crystal Cluster Purification: Place on a crystal cluster for 4-8 hours to harness the cluster's energy for purification.
✔ Suitable for all crystals, especially small crystal jewelry (such as bracelets and pendants). Safe and without side effects. - Sound Purification: Vibrate a resonant instrument like a tuning fork or bell for about 1 minute, or play nature or classical music for 30-60 minutes to let the crystal "listen."
✔ Suitable for all crystals, regardless of material. Suitable for bulk purification or for special crystals sensitive to water or light.

- Mind Infusion: Hold the crystal in hand and focus your mind on the target for 1-3 minutes.
- Breath Infusion: Exhale into the crystal, channeling your own energy. Repeat 5-10 times (approximately 1 minute).
Places to Steer Clear of Crystals
Hospitals, funeral homes, cemeteries, and other places with high yin energy: These are prone to negative energy contamination and should be purified immediately after wearing.
Casinos and other places: These can affect the purity of a crystal's energy.
If you are going to these places, temporarily remove the crystal and place it in a bag. If you have worn your crystal to a place with complex energy, purify and recharge the crystal after returning (e.g., by exposing it to moonlight, using a white crystal cluster, or rinsing it with clean water).

About Jewelry
Preventing silver jewelry from turning black
- When not wearing, store in a sealed bag or jewelry box to avoid exposure to air.
- Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume, pool water, or hot springs.
- Wearing your jewelry regularly can actually reduce oxidation (skin oils form a protective layer).
What can I do if my silver jewelry has oxidized and turned black?
Toothpaste cleaning: Squeeze a small amount of toothpaste onto a soft cloth or soft-bristled toothbrush and gently rub the surface of the silver jewelry. Rinse with clean water and wipe dry.
Silver cloth cleaning: Use a silver cloth specifically designed for silver jewelry. This is convenient, safe, and effective for minor oxidation.
Things to avoid when wearing jewelry
- Avoid chemicals: Cosmetics, perfume, hairspray, skincare products, detergent, shower gel, laundry detergent, bleach, and disinfectant.
→ These can accelerate oxidation, corrosion, or discolor jewelry. - Avoid contact with water and sweat: It's recommended to remove jewelry before swimming or prolonged, strenuous exercise.
- Avoid violent collisions and friction: Avoid lifting heavy objects while wearing rings, and avoid pulling on necklaces/bracelets.
- Avoid high temperatures: It's recommended to remove jewelry in saunas and hot baths.
- Avoid mixing with other jewelry: Different materials have different hardnesses and can easily scratch each other.

We want you to know that our goal is your complete satisfaction. That's why we inspect our products before shipping to ensure they arrive in top condition. Please share your valuable feedback so we can better serve you.We will only accept returns for credit or refunds if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in its original shipping condition.
- We must receive notification of your return intent within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns must be accompanied by a return order number within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the product and are fully responsible for its safe return. We recommend careful packaging and insurance as a minimum precaution.
- If the returned product does not meet the above return and exchange policy, your order will be refunded.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange the return (customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the product). After receiving your item, you will receive a refund via your original payment method within 14 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $89 (excluding free gifts). Otherwise, the shipping fee is $14.
Shipping costs for free gifts are not deductible. (If your order is over $89, includes free gifts and other paid items, and you need to pay for shipping, the shipping fee for each free gift is $14.)
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
(excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)
Processing time: 2-10 business days (Many of our products are limited-edition, and production and preparation take time. We appreciate your patience.)
Standard delivery time: 4-25 business days
For orders to South America and the Russian Federation, delivery may take longer than a month due to shipping and customs issues.
How do i track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will email you with relevant information. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information.
What if my package isn't delivered?
If you haven't received your package within 60 days of shipping, please contact us at info@lumeching.com. We will resend you a new one or issue a full refund.
If there are special circumstances affecting your order, it may take longer than usual for it to ship. We are doing our best to accommodate such situations and emphasize that while delays are inevitable, they are rare.
